If you want to write to a Congressman or Congresswoman take a few minutes and write your them in an email form at the link below. Check off if you want a reply or note. See the screenshot below. Pick Environment as your category, and Clean up the oceans and bays as your Subject then in the body of the email ask them: Please give cleaning up our oceans, bays and rivers a priority in the weeks, months and years ahead.

We followed up with maritime companies including yacht sales, boat sales, marinas, charter fishing, and surfers. We followed up with supportive companies, wineries, malls, restaurants and thrift stores. We followed up with plastic recycling companies and recycled plastic manufacturers.
We continue to contact companies on behalf from our office at Wellspring Relief a NJ Nonprofit Corporation. To date: we have secured funding to begin to Fax Broadcast Congress and the Senate. We will post updates soon.
